I had a reiki session with Katie Power of Soul Alive recently. I went to her having strained my back lifting a lawn mower - all wrong. Her work was very helpful in the healing process. It's difficult to describe; there is something wonderfully relaxing and healing for the muscles and the nervous system. I think the nervous system benefits so much that the body calms down and in turn the muscles are less tense. What-ever it was, it was wonderfully healing and helpful to me. Thank you Katie.
